Designers and Technical Collaborators of the Project  

The Third Millennium Tower project was conceived and developed through the expertise of distinguished professionals and consulting firms: 

Mahan Mehraz Consulting Engineers directed the architectural and structural design of the project.  

The management team comprises Dr. Mehrdad Javidi Nejad, a university professor, serving as the lead architect; and Engineer Mohammad Kazem Tasviri, also a university professor, acting as the lead structural engineer. 

Dr. Seyed Rasoul Mirghaderi, a renowned structural engineering professor and a key contributor to the national structural code development committee, provided structural consultancy and oversight. 

Darya Khak Pey Consulting Engineers, under the direction of Dr. Behrouz Gatmiri, a distinguished geotechnical expert and faculty member at the Paris School of Roads and Bridges, conducted geotechnical investigations, soil mechanics analysis, foundation design, and the implementation of the nailing system. The firm was also entrusted with groundwater management, concrete quality control, and assurance. 

Geomohit Pars Consulting Engineers, led by Dr. Kazem Fakhariyan, a distinguished professor at Tehran Polytechnic (Amirkabir University) and the University of Tehran, was responsible for the design of the anchorage system.Tazand and Tadbir Sahel Pars Consulting Engineers, under the leadership of Engineer Shahpour Tahouni, a respected structural expert and member of the national structural code development committee, supervised the fabrication and installation of the steel structure. 

Namakaran Hezareh Sevvom Company, directed by Engineer Mehdi Haji Salem, in collaboration with Çuhadaroglu Company of Turkey, undertook the design, manufacturing, and installation of the building façade.
